It has been nearly two weeks since we evacuated our family and our rugs from Ojai. Today we are back for the Ojai Rancho Inn Thomas Fire Benefit market. It is heartwarming to be surrounded by our community during this trying time. Thanks to everyone who put on their masks and came out for the Benefit.

The pop-up at Ojai’s annual Bowlful of Blues concert was one to repeat. Never have we been so entertained while working! If you have never been, it is a great night of blues music and dancing at the Libbey Bowl in downtown Ojai, the “medina” as we call it.
It was our last Sunday in Santa Monica before heading back to Morocco. As is his habit, Youssef unpacked all the rugs to inspect them and hang them in the SoCal sun and fresh air the day before market.
